The Eco-Train Young Sustainability Leadership Training (YSLT) is a cornerstone initiative aimed at fostering sustainability leadership among young girls. We recognize the critical importance of empowering the girl child to address the environmental challenges of today and tomorrow effectively.

Achievements of the Eco-Train YSLT: Empowering the Girl Child

Through the Eco-Train Young Sustainability Leadership Training (YSLT), we have made significant strides in empowering young girls to take leadership roles in sustainability. Our accomplishments include:

Training approximately 50 young girls: Focused on sustainability leadership, environmental conservation, and climate change mitigation, equipping them with the tools to become change agents in their communities.
Delivering hands-on training and experiential learning opportunities: Enabling participants to develop practical skills and a deep understanding of sustainability practices through active engagement.
Providing personalized mentorship and coaching: Supporting each participant's sustainability journey with one-on-one guidance over a structured one-month period.
Facilitating project-based learning experiences: Empowering young girls to apply their theoretical knowledge and skills to real-world sustainability challenges, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
